Villa Naavan vuokrausehdot

• Seuraavat vuokrausehdot ovat sitovia
• Vuokraajan on oltava vähintään 23-vuotias.
• Vuokranantajalla on oikeus perua vuokraus ylivoimaisen esteen sattuessa tai jos vuokralainen rikkoo vuokrausehtoja.
• Villa Naava on vapaa vuokraajan käyttöön viimeistään klo16 vuokra-ajan ensimmäisenä päivänä. Luovutus on viimeisenä päivänä klo12.
• Vuokrausta edeltävällä viikolla saatte alkuinfoa, Avain/koodi luovutetaan asiakkaalle vuokrausajan alkamispäivänä.
• Mikäli jokin avain katoaa, on vuokralainen velvollinen korvaamaan sen.(200€/avain.)
• Huoneistossa saa yöpyä vain ilmoitetut henkilöt.
• Siivousmaksu lisätään aina mökin vuokrahintaan, kts. erikseen lähtöön liittyvät toimenpiteet mökkikansiosta / infoviestistä.
• Liinavaatteet on tilattava erikseen vuokranantajalta, jos niille on tarvetta. Ne toimitetaan suoraan mökille. 25€/hlö
• Villassa on tupakointi ehdottomasi kielletty. Mikäli sisällä on tupakoitu, asiakas maksaa siivouskulut. (vähintään 5000€) Mikäli puhdistuskulut ovat suuremmat, asiakkaalta peritään todelliset siivouskulut. (Pihalla tupakan tumpit niille varattuun paikkaan)
• Vuokralainen vastaa huoneistolle tai irtaimistolle aiheuttamiensa vahinkojen korvaamisesta. Mikäli huoneistoon kohdistuu tahallista vahinkoa, siitä tehdään aina rikosilmoitus.
• Mikäli vuokraaja aiheuttaa häiriötä tai vaaraa villalle, samassa tai viereisessä kiinteistössä oleville henkilöille tai omaisuudelle, on vuokranantajalla oikeus purkaa vuokrasopimus heti. Vuokralainen on velvollinen korvaamaan kaikki purkamisesta aiheutuneet kulut. Vuokraa ei makseta takaisin.
• Asuntovaunun tai –auton käyttö tontilla on kielletty.
• Eläinten tuominen villalle on kielletty.
• Bileiden pitäminen mökissä on kielletty.
• Vuokralainen vastaa Villan tarkastamisesta tullessaan. Kaikki sitä koskevat vikailmoitukset, puutteet, huomautukset tulee ilmoittaa viipymättä vuokranantajalle. myynti@villanaava.com / 0400199345 Vuokralaisen pitää viipymättä ilmoittaa havaitsemistaan sellaisista puutteista mistä voi olla vakavaa haittaa tai vahinkoa. (mm. Vesivuodot, lämmityslaiteviat, sähkölaiteviat, tulipalovaara) Mikäli ilmoitusvelvollisuus tahallisesti tai törkeän huolimattomasti laiminlyödään, voidaan aiheutuneesta vahingosta aiheutuvat kulut periä vuokralaiselta, mikäli ilmoittamatta jättämisen havaitaan aiheuttaneen tai pahentaneen vahinkoja.

Rental conditions of Villa Naava

• The following rental terms are binding
• The renter must be at least 23 years old.
• The landlord has the right to cancel the rental in the event of force majeure or if the renter violates the rental terms.
• Villa Naava is free for the renter to use no later than 4 pm on the first day of the rental period. Handover is at 12 pm on the last day.
• The key/code will be handed over to the customer just before the start of the rental period. You will receive information via text message the week before the rental.
• If a key is lost, the tenant is obliged to replace it. (200€/key.)
• Only the persons notified may stay in the apartment.
• The cleaning fee is always added to the rental price of the cottage, see separate departure-related measures in the cottage folder / info message.
• Linen must be ordered separately from the landlord, if needed. They will be delivered directly to the cottage. 25€/person
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa. If there has been smoking inside, the customer will pay the cleaning costs. (at least 5000€) If the cleaning costs are higher, the customer will be charged the actual cleaning costs. (Cigarette butts in the yard in the place reserved for them)
• The tenant is responsible for compensating for any damage caused to the apartment or personal property. If there is intentional damage to the apartment, a criminal report will always be filed.
• If the tenant causes a disturbance or danger to the villa, persons or property in the same or adjacent property, the landlord has the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately. The tenant is obliged to compensate all costs incurred in the termination. The rent is not refundable.
• The use of a caravan or car on the plot is prohibited.
• Bringing animals to the villa is prohibited.
• Holding parties in the cottage is prohibited.
• The tenant is responsible for inspecting the villa upon arrival. All defect reports, deficiencies, and remarks regarding this must be reported to the landlord immediately. myynti@villanaava.com / 0400199345 The tenant must immediately report any defects they have noticed that could cause serious harm or damage. (including water leaks, heating equipment defects, electrical equipment defects, fire hazard) If the obligation to notify is intentionally or grossly negligently neglected, the costs of the damage caused may be recovered from the tenant if the failure to notify is found to have caused or aggravated the damage.
